For the past five years I've been Product Owner for the website at a large Finnish healthcare company. More recently I've moved into Gen AI territory — working on Gen AI projects for close to a year now, including as PO for a customer-facing Gen AI product in the customer service space.
I lead development teams, set the direction, and make sure the work connects to actual business goals — rather than just appearing in a sprint and hoping for the best.
Where I came from
Before healthcare, I spent over seven years at a large Nordic bank running the website. Part of the role was working in a Nordic web manager collaboration group — a cross-country team responsible for the company-level site development roadmap. So "alignment" wasn't just internal; it was across markets and organisations. The work was heavily focused on SEO, digital sales, and customer-facing processes.
That's where most of my SEO and digital sales thinking was forged. I still follow both closely — they're hard habits to shake, and honestly useful ones to keep.
